You’ve held it together for a long time, but deep down you know it’s a performance and not the real you. If the real you does make an appearance, it feels out of control, unsafe and overwhelming. You find it hard to connect to other people, even ones you trust and love. You find it hard just to be around them, and can’t even explain why, because you don’t fully understand the reasons yourself. My approach involves using your existing strengths, along with guidance and tools I can share, to help resolve the past experiences that are limiting you. I work from a holistic, trauma-informed perspective. This means we will be looking at how the past has shaped you, and explore paths to healing from physical, spiritual, mental and emotional perspectives.
