I believe that significant changes can be made with short-term, goal-oriented therapy. Having a hard time fitting therapy into your busy schedule? I can come to you for sessions in your home!
I specialize in using a client centered approach to therapy. We start the process of therapy by setting clear and realistic goals. We will work on being able to cope with the everyday stressors in life (relationships, parenting, work, etc.); while also creating a peaceful and joyful life.
