Are you feeling overwhelmed or anxious and like you need a safe space to explore those emotions? I currently have a special interest in helping overwhelmed moms, including those raising children with medical conditions, to provide support and guidance as they cope with the emotional and practical demands of motherhood. I also do trauma work with children, as well as enjoy helping teens and college-age women navigating the unique challenges of stress and anxiety during a transformative period in their lives as they figure out who they are and who they want to be. I will meet you where you are and help you get where you want to be!

I pride myself on creating a safe, non-judgmental space for you to make your therapy what you need it to be. I will meet you where you are at and use trauma-informed practices to help you build resilience and reclaim balance. I also offer therapy for children who’ve experienced trauma, utilizing Sandtray Therapy and TF-CBT to support healing and recovery.
