Are you feeling stretched thin, anxious, or like you’re carrying more than anyone realizes? Many of the people I work with describe feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck in survival mode—especially moms juggling the emotional and practical demands of parenting, including those caring for children with medical conditions or special needs. I want my clients to know that your feelings are valid and you don’t have to do it alone. Beyond helping women and moms, I also support children and teens working through trauma, anxiety, and big emotions.

I often use Sandtray Therapy and TF-CBT to help them express feelings, rebuild safety, and heal through creative approaches. With teens/college-age women, I provide a grounding space to sort through identity, life transitions, self-esteem, and the pressure to “have it all figured out.” My approach is warm, steady, sometimes humorous, and trauma informed.
