I commend you for looking into counseling and I hope that I can make starting the process as simple as possible. I really believe your story matters and I personally love learning about people, their lives, and their journeys. I can help you navigate relationship dynamics and self growth in open relationships/consensual non-monogamy. I also really enjoy working with women in pregnancy through new motherhood and those with symptoms of Postpartum, in whatever form that takes. I have a long history of working with individuals with Bipolar Disorder as well as supporting family members of and individuals who suffer from Psychosis.

I am NOT contracted with Apple Health (state insurances) or Kaiser. I am NOT taking clients who are seeking treatment for anxiety, eating disorders, or couples counseling.
