Hi there, I’m Stacey, and I’m here to help.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps individuals, couples, and families find healthy coping strategies, balance, and fulfillment through empowerment, skill building, and somatic and mindfulness techniques. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and I have completed Level 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
We will work together using evidence-based techniques, including trauma-informed approaches and Gottman Method Couples Therapy, to focus on a mind and body connection to help you feel safe, supported, and balanced.
Please be aware that I accept insurance for Individual Therapy sessions only. Couples Therapy or Family Therapy sessions are self-pay only but I will provide monthly superbills for insurance reimbursement. The cash-pay rate listed on Grow reflects Individual Therapy sessions only.
