Oh, hi! I'm Stacey and I support people who are navigating intense emotions, depression, anxiety, and patterns that feel harmful or overwhelming, including self-injury and thoughts of suicide. Many of the individuals I work with are seeking new ways to cope, connect, and feel more in control of their lives. I welcome teens, adults, and families, especially those facing challenges related to borderline personality disorder (BPD), trauma, or ongoing emotional pain. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is at the heart of my work because it offers practical, evidence-based skills that people can use to move toward the life they want.
Together, we focus on strengthening distress tolerance, emotional regulation, mindfulness, and relationship skills—always at a pace that feels respectful and supportive of your needs. My role is to help you build tools that make it easier to manage intense feelings and create more balance, stability, and connection in your daily life.

This group is designed to go over Core Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness, breaking them down into modules comprised of eight weeks. The group is held in-person.
