I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Clients often come in with anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, family changes, behavior problems, emotional regulation concerns, and more. I integrate therapeutic interventions from a variety of approaches including Play Therapy, trauma informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (t-CBT), and Strengths-based Perspective. I adjust my treatment approach to each person's individual needs to work towards the positive changes you want.
