I'm passionate in supporting individuals navigate the perinatal experience and perinatal mental health, preconception through postpartum, anxiety, and developmental trauma.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, holistic, and incorporates EMDR, parts work, trauma focused care, body-based interventions, relational attention, transpersonal concepts, neurobiological understanding, attachment based, and yoga therapy.
