Prior to becoming a psychotherapist I worked for more than twenty years in human resources in the financial services sector. I have extensive experience with "quality of life issues" both at home, and in the workplace, and understand the challenges individuals face as they "juggle" the multiple roles in their lives.
My practice also specializes in helping young adults better cope with life stressors, parenting concerns, performance anxiety, and navigating major life transitions.
