I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, presenter and consultant who has devoted my career to walking with individuals and families during their own times of transitions and growth. In addition to depression and anxiety issues, I specialize in traumatic grief and loss, PTSD, addiction and survivors of childhood molestation.

I teach in the marriage and family therapy graduate program at the University of Phoenix. I have provided 'From Heartache to Hope' workshops for professionals in the helping field since 1993.

I LOVE being a therapist. I often feel like I'm part of people's back-up plans for when life doesn't go quite like they hoped. It is an honor to be able to walk with them as they create new, more attainable dreams for their lives.
