I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, presenter and consultant who has devoted my career to walking with individuals and families during their own times of transitions and growth. In addition to depression and anxiety issues, I specialize in traumatic grief and loss, PTSD, food addiction, and survivors of childhood molestation.

I have provided 'From Heartache to Hope' workshops for professionals in the helping field since 1993.

Lifestyle Transformation is an out-patient treatment program designed to assist individuals struggling with compulsive eating to develop a healthy relationship with food.
