Together we will explore and affirm all of the parts of your identity that are salient to you. By exploring your identifies, values, and experiences we can identify your strengths and highlight shifts that need to occur to support your healing.

I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, helping clients to feel more grounded and integrated in a sometimes fragmented world.
