I have a passion for providing counseling that overlaps faith with neuroscience and researched based methods. I have a deep relationship with Jesus and I trust the Holy Spirit to guide me in counseling along with data driven research. I have a desire to help my clients actually heal so that they can live the life that God has planned for them.
I do this through using methods such as EMDR, CBT, Trauma-Focused therapy and many other researched based tools. I work creatively with what your needs are to move towards your goals. I'm the kind of therapist that will make you work hard but my accountability and some homework assignments will help you to actually make changes in your life.
I add in prayer and spiritual guidance to therapy if that is desired. And I will always add laughter because the subjects we are working through are already very serious and sometimes we just need to laugh. I am honored to be invited in to the hard pieces of your life and I do not take my calling lightly. I hope to help you find hope in your life again.
