I practice several different types of therapy including Internal Family Systems, Dialectial Behavioral Therapy, and I am trained in EMDR. I have post-graduate training in working with those who are healing from painful religious experiences. I am neurodivergence affirming and LGBTQ+ affirming.

I use a mixture of therapeutic modalities based on the client's preferences and needs. If a client is a candidate for EMDR I typically recommend that within the first 4-6 sessions, as rapport and trust need to be established before EMDR treatment can begin. I offer "DBT Lite" individual counseling with DBT homework but am unable to offer DBT groups or phone coaching.
