About
You are feeling stuck. You want to grow personally, professionally, in your relationships, or in another area of your life but you can't pinpoint what is holding you back. You listen to podcasts and read books but you feel like you have gone as far as you can on your own. I can help you work through whatever is blocking you from the life you are trying to create. I work with clients who are trying to navigate difficult relationships with themselves, their spouse, partner, or extended family. I also help people who are living with anxiety; healing from painful pasts; and those who are struggling with upsetting experiences in church.
I practice several different types of therapy including Internal Family Systems, Dialectial Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness based therapy, and I am trained in EMDR. I have post-graduate training in working with those who are healing from painful religious experiences. I also work with women who think they may be autistic but were never assessed as children.
When you see me you don't have to worry about being judged! I believe that your mental health treatment should not be impacted by things like your sexual orientation, gender identity, religious beliefs or lack thereof. I am kink and polyamory affirming. Everyone needs a safe space to talk about what is going on in their life. Contact me today!
