I work alongside you in the therapy, guiding you to your own conclusions with thought-provoking questions and comments, rather than telling you what decisions are best for you. Working in that manner helps build confidence in yourself and your decisions.
My approach to therapy is to provide symptom relief while looking deeper into the potential "root causes" of the issue. People may not realize their current discomfort is part of a long-standing or unhealthy pattern of relating to oneself, the world, and others. We will heal those deeper hurtful patterns so you feel mentally strong and able to handle life.
I specialize in helping those with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief/loss, and pregnancy-related concerns.
