With a foundation in family systems and expertise in behavior and thought processes, I help clients better understand how past and present dynamics impact their current struggles. I’ve worked extensively with adolescents and adults living with ADHD, depression, bipolar disorder, and trauma.
My approach is integrative, collaborative, and compassionate. Our focus is on helping you become the best version of yourself—not someone else's idea of who you should be.
