Teletherapy at its best! Welcome to my practice! I specialize in helping adults and adolescents with mental health concerns. This generation is facing so many challenges that weren't experienced by earlier generations. Anxiety, depression, self-harm, addiction, social media, school related incidents, pornography and isolation are just a few of the issues facing our young people today. Older generations are having to adjust to the new normal which can be extremely overwhelming at times. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I'm here to help my clients navigate their way through these difficult times.
Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapy (C-DBT), Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS), and Certified Adolescent Trauma Professional (CATP).
