I conduct therapy with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. I work with those who might be struggling with relationship patterns they want to understand, identity development, self-harm, histories of trauma, difficulties in work or at school, anxiety, depression, and all that comes with the stresses of today's complicated world.
My work is rooted in attachment theory and the relational tradition - a tradition that recognizes and honors the deeply embedded nature of our emotional lives in early experiences with significant others, be they parents, peers, institutions and culture- society itself.
Wherever you begin, I aim to provide a collaborative and safe space that allows for self-exploration, honesty, and self-compassion. I also aim to provide a space that is anti-racist, LGBTQIA-affirming, and culturally mindful. I very much look forward to working with you.
