Choosing to begin therapy can be a daunting decision, but it's a huge step on the path to healing. I recognize the courage behind that decision. My mission is to help you navigate the journey ahead and ensure that you never have to travel it alone. My specialty in trauma treatment, combined with a client-centered approach, allows me a unique perspective that can provide much-needed support and a sense of safety. Utilizing techniques tailored specifically to your unique needs, I am able to walk alongside you as we work together to navigate some of life's darkest times.
I use a specialized form of therapy called Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as well as Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP). These two powerful modalities work beautifully together to help take healing to the next level! I also offer EMDR Intensive session (see my website for more info).
