If you are a Christian but you struggle with anxiety, or depression, or family problems...you are not alone. Only grace can help us, but many of us find it hard to get in touch with that grace. St. Barn is a non-profit organization offering Christian and Catholic counseling and life coaching. We are warm, accepting, and non-judgmental; we think that the best way to teach happiness is to model the principles we cherish. Even if you don't believe in God, the happiest life is a Catholic/Christian life. We help anyone who longs for true happiness to find the way.
We help people overcome depression, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, compulsive behaviors, anger, and family problems. In other words, we help people find joy, peace, and family harmony. We also help people achieve career goals, stop procrastinating, and get healthier.
Most people join the helping profession because we know what it is like to hurt and to be helped. At St. Barn, we are normal (-ish!) down-to-earth people, because we have suffered, too. We are always happy to offer a free initial consultation so that you can ask questions and see if you might want to try counseling.
