I practice EMDR and traditional talk therapy. EMDR enables you to focus more quickly on the connection between your present struggles and past negative experiences. These past memories are reprocessed using bilateral stimulation (eye movements, tapping or sounds). Traditional talk therapy helps you understand and manage your emotions and behaviors.
