I work with all ages but most often with children and adolescents and individuals with disabilities. I support individuals learning how to navigate anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioral concerns, ADHD, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsure how to cope with difficult emotions or experiences. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, incorporating CBT, reality therapy, and play-based techniques to help clients build insight, confidence, coping skills, and healthier ways to communicate and connect.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), I specialize in supporting individuals with disabilities, children, and adolescents navigating anxiety, trauma, behavioral challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, life transitions, and disability-related concerns.
