About
I am passionate about developing authentic and empathetic relationships with my clients. I enjoy working with individuals, teens, couples and families. My life experience enables me to search deeper within the soul for a holistic approach towards mental health. I believe that we all hold an innate wisdom and are able to generate our own solutions but sometimes we forget how. I use a collaborative and integrative approach honoring your own decision-making process and beliefs. Providing balance and gentle guidance in mental health care can revive our ability to bring positive change to our lives. I believe in empowering clients.
I will partner with you in a safe and non-judgmental capacity to explore strategies to create the change you desire and to foster hope. My goal is to walk alongside you on your journey with empathy and compassion as you explore all the possibilities of life.
I have extensive experience working with children, teenagers, individuals, couples and families. I draw on my professional and personal background to inform my practice. I welcome all gender identities, sexual orientations, cultural backgrounds, spiritual beliefs, and family configurations.
