Mindfulness for Binge Eating Art Therapy Group
A wait list is currently forming for an art-based Mindfulness for Binge Eating Group. This in-person group is for adults ages 18+ who are looking to end the toxic relationship with dieting and embrace intuitive eating. Using art-making and other hands on activities participants will challenge the stories they’ve internalized about their body, their weight, and the food they consume. Somatic and mindfulness practices will offer participants opportunities to reconnect with their bodies and their emotions, and help them process through trauma that keeps them turning to food in times of distress. https://spottedrabbitstudio.com/events/
