I counsel individuals (teens, adults, athletes) with stress, anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, and relationship struggles. Additionally, I help couples repair their relationship and connect on a deeper level.

I always like to say God gave me children early in my adult life because I was meant to help children in their own life struggles. I fully believe that God has plans for us even if we do not fully understand them! When our children face struggles that we cannot understand or feel equipped to help them with, we can feel lost and overwhelmed. Children and adolescents are often placed in situation and have experiences that are out of their control.

I have a heart for young adults and anyone going through major life transitions. College students, student athletes, newly weds, new parents, young professionals, everyone is welcome! This time in life can be hard to navigate; we are often trying to figure out who we are, how our past is playing a role in our present, and who we want to be. I know with these life transitions there can be anxiety, depression, and so many other challenges mentally. I would love to work through these things with you. I specialize in working with individuals, groups, and families ages 14- adulthood experiencing anxiety, depression, psychosis, mania, trauma, substance abuse issues, stress, and relationship issues.

Matt's experience includes working with adults and adolescents dealing with a variety of issues including: marriage and family struggles, drug and alcohol addiction, sexual addiction, men's issues, depression, divorce mediation and other life struggles. Additionally, Matt is a Certified Anger Resolution Therapist (CART) experienced in helping individuals work through anger.

Dr. David Pulley "Dr. Dave" earned his bachelor's in psychology from Howard University in DC and obtained both his Master's and Doctorate from Chestnut Hill College in PA. His Doctorate degree is in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy and a specialization in the subject of Soul Mates. As a result, he is known as an expert on soul mates and a pioneer of some of the clinically based models and theories on the subject. Dr. Pulley has created a team of clinical consultants (Tender Loving Care Clinical Consultations) who provide psychologically based consultative support for their client base.
