Resiliency is a skill that I emphasize throughout treatment. For some the need for crisis intervention or need for short term solution therapy is appropriate. Typically our initial counseling sessions conversations are casual, it is a platform to ensure that I am the right fit for you.

My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore life’s many challenges. I work from a non-judgemental, affirming, collaborative, trauma-informed, and attachment based lens. I have experience working with individuals who suffer from depression, anxiety, substance abuse issues, love addiction, co-dependency, personality disorders, relationship issues, survivors of abusive relationships/trauma bonds, anger, low self-esteem, grief, ADHD, PTSD, and complex PTSD. I believe everyone is unique...therefore, my style is to customize the therapeutic process for each individual.
