I have been working in a private counseling setting since 2012. My counseling techniques include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, humanistic counseling and interpersonal counseling approaches. These techniques are always tailored to the clients' individual needs. I have extensive experience working with clients suffering from anxiety, depression, posttraumatic stress, teenage stress and self-esteem issues, and individuals who have endured traumatic experiences, due to domestic violence or military service. I named my practice "A Full Life Counseling" because I strongly believe in the possibility of living a full and meaningful life, even with the ups and downs it often throws at us. I worked in high schools for 20 years, at the college level for 10, and coached high school sports for many years, so I have lots of experience with adolescents and young adults!
