Resilience North is honored to serve military veterans and members of the first responder community with a range of therapeutic services designed to enhance individual capacity and support team cohesion and mission-readiness. All of the services are based in research and designed to mitigate the negative impact of stress and trauma while fostering a positive and resilient "can-do" mindset.
In addition to providing therapy for individuals experiencing symptoms related to anxiety, phobias, stress or trauma, Resilience North also offers an array of specialized training options in the area of critical incident stress management. Adventure Therapy will be added in the future to complete the triad of services available for individuals and groups.
