Whether it is having more self-confidence during a competition or performance, communicating more openly and being more effective in relationships, making new friends (at all stages in life), or simply falling asleep with less "chatter" about all the uncertainties in life running through your mind, counseling helps.

I utilize an integrative approach that is based on a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental relationship. We will work together to identify your goals and priorities as well as the different approaches that are the best fit for you. I view counseling as a collaborative relationship and rely on feedback to ensure that we are working towards your goals.
