With you as the guide and me in a support role, I hope we can explore these issues so that healing and peace will occur. On this sometimes difficult and challenging journey, I hope we can get to work together to find resolution and understanding and come to the place where you are empowered to make new and healthier choices. Transformational Choices uses a natural and organic mind / body approach to restoring healthy emotional, behavioral, and cognitive functioning. The client and therapist are partners and work together to discover the choices necessary to reach new goals and break old patterns.
