I love doing therapy with adolescents and adults who are striving to become their genuine selves. You will be treated with the utmost care and sincerity. I will listen to your fears and concerns while taking the time to build trust. Rapport is an extremely important part of our relationship, and I want you to feel supported in your purpose. If your self-esteem is lacking or you are feeling like you don't fit in, I will walk beside you as we build your belief in yourself.
When I first started counseling, I dreamed of having a space where I could offer creative modalities to help people work through depression, anxiety and trauma. Now, opening in January of 2024, I have a space deep in the hill country outside of Burnet, Texas. In this space, I encourage people to tell their stories and to try new ways of "creating".
I believe that many people are afraid to move out of their "comfort zone" and learn new things about themselves. My lifelong passion has been helping people. The first 29 years of my career were spent coaching and teaching adolescents. My ability to motivate helps me encourage others to have "hope". Come out to the relaxing hill country and see me!
