I've worked with teens & adults, focusing on a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief/loss, coping skills for stress, self-harm & suicidal ideations, body-image issues, abuse & trauma, marriage & family relational conflicts, and taking control of thoughts, feelings, & behaviors. I've also had the opportunity of working with at-risk women through a non-profit organization. While pursing my degree in Sports Medicine, I was drawn to the mental & emotional side of athletics & my passion shifted towards counseling.
