Sometimes professionals need a place to go when the weight of their service to others begins to feel heavy; I understand the complexities that are inherent in helping professions and high profile careers. I offer a hospitable, confidential, and sacred space to process the issues and concerns that accompany these roles.

As a holistic practitioner grounded in family systems theories and psychodynamic approaches, I have spent the past 25 years helping clients and students to think about themselves and their lives in a systemic way so that they connect with the multiple facets of themselves. I believe that in this way they can better make informed decisions for their lives.
