No matter who we are, our relationships influence and mold our experience of life. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, primarily working with individual adults, although I have experience serving children and couples as well. My specialties are trauma, anxiety, depression and pain management. I use a variety of treatment modalities including: CBT, person-centered, behavioral relaxation training, and EMDR, depending on the needs of the individual.
