She has focused much of her clinical work on individuals diagnosed with personality disorders and families experiencing high conflict. Ms. Sayre utilizes DBT, CBT and other evidence-based modalities for the treatment of various mental health disorders. Ms. Sayre conducts wellness assessments and coaching for those interested in improving their overall wellness.
