I generally work best with clients who are looking for personal growth and are interested in self inquiry and deeper self understanding. I also provide life coaching and work with those who are going through transitional periods or want to explore spirituality and non-duality. I have particular interest in philosophy, Buddhism and mindfulness and the creative arts and offer lessons in healing through art and sketch-booking.

In my years of experience, I have worked the most with individuals experiencing issues with anxiety, grief, depression, and trauma. I have found the most success with meeting clients where they are at, building a strong therapeutic rapport, and using an eclectic style of treatment techniques (tailored to each individual’s needs). This collective approach will allow individuals to gain the most from their therapy involvement. I will provide the framework for the client to develop their strategy in order to work toward achieving their psychological, emotional, and social well being.

I have had the honor of walking along side clients on their healing journeys for almost 20 years. In that time, I’ve become well versed in a variety of therapeutic modalities that when used from a strength-based, heart-centered, person-focused way, can lead to tremendous healing. I believe it is also important to understand that one size does not fit all. I utilize alternative and integrated modalities that include healing meditation, Reiki, aromatherapy, Emotion Code, and other intuitive methods to strengthen your sense of self and offer opportunities for improved insight and growth.

I work with adult individuals (age 18+) and have a special interest in helping clients who are stressed facing challenging transitions and adjustments in life, or struggling with loss. I can help you look at the daily stresses you experience, and identify obstacles to personal satisfaction and happiness that we may problem-solve together.
