I’m a mother passionate about midwifery with 20 years experience working with children. I provide parent/family coaching & support for expecting or adjusting mothers & treat birth trauma.
My approach utilizes mindfulness techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing, Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory, Psychodynamic work & spirituality.
