In my occupation as a social worker and therapist, I am passionate about seeing individuals step into living a healthy, whole life and finding how client and therapist can journey in this together. My experiences in life have prepared me to work with individuals as an empathetic listener. I strive to deliver individualized, high quality, evidence-based treatment. My treatment approach is personal and integrative, in that I may integrate complementary interventions in thoughtful and intentional ways to help you make sustainable changes that will help you reach your goals.

I specialize in walking with individual's who are struggling with pornography addiction or other forms of unwanted sexual behavior. I also walk with individuals who have experienced the horrors of sexual, physical, emotional or spiritual abuse and the stress that often follows. And I have a heart for journeying with individual's who are grieving and those who are struggling with questions of identity and spirituality.

Life can be hard, and for many, the last several years have been particularly hard. Sometimes it is traumatic and tragic, other times it's overwhelming and confusing, and sometimes it just feels plain blah. Over the years, counseling has played an important role in my own life, helping me navigate the ups and downs. In turn, I have had the chance to walk with people during some of the darkest and most challenging seasons of their lives. My hope is to continue to journey with others and be a healing presence in their lives.

It can be difficult to be honest and look at your life's path; however, I am continually amazed at each client's strength and desire for freedom in their life. I thoroughly enjoy providing additional support that can meet each client's needs. I believe in the power of personal understanding as a catalyst for positive change and am committed to guiding my clients on their journey towards greater self-awareness and fulfillment. Clients that I work with are normally struggling with: ongoing life stressors, emotional regulation, self-esteem, family/relationship dysfunction, trauma, or identity issues (to name a few). Their goals are to work towards healing, empowerment, and self-discovery. I am a Limited Licensed Master Social Worker with experience working with adolescents and adults. I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with chronic illness, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and other issues life throws your way. I strive to establish a safe place for individuals to learn, share, and heal without the fear of being judged. I realize the importance of having someone in your corner to help you to better understand yourself and your life circumstances. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, watching Notre Dame football, and listening to crime podcasts!

I have been working with children, families and organizations for over three decades in various forms. From children with special needs, to teaching, to hospice care, to working in schools and organizations, to now working full time as a therapist. In working as a therapist, I have experience working in schools, churches, foster care, CPS, FOC, family relationships, child behavior, parenting, conflict resolution, and leadership counseling.
