I combine coaching, energetic, and therapeutic techniques to help clients solve problems by quickly figuring out what's keeping them from getting what they want out of life, "healing" the past, and changing limiting beliefs, troubling emotions, and unwanted behaviors. My techniques are versatile, effective, and efficient with problems and symptoms from A (anger) to Z (zippers, or the fear of) -- so I can probably help with your challenge, issue, or problem. I put together my "toolbox" with the advice of three PhD-level mental health professionals. I love working with people for whom conventional therapy has failed.
My approaches (1) use acupressure points to "re-wire" the brain ("tapping," Energy Psychology); (2) "re-program" your subconscious for what you want (Hypnotism, NLP); (3) get different parts of your personality to work cooperatively (Voice Dialogue, "parts work"); and (4) heal mind, body, and spirit energetically (Shamanic Healing).
