My dream job isn’t bringing the fulfillment I thought it would. I envisioned myself fully showing up in this world, but now my trauma leaves me powerless beneath my anxiety and depression. I identified with a religion that once gave me freedom, but now it leaves me in bondage. My family was once a safe haven, but now dad is drinking too much and everything I knew is gone.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, with expertise in providing therapy services to children and adolescents. My mission is to ignite awareness in our youth that they are fearfully and wonderfully made. Helping children learn to embrace their imperfections breeds confidence and produce freedom in loving who they are. The bravest thing a child can be is themselves. Utilizing evidence-based practices, I assist children and adolescents to make sense of what is going on in their minds, bodies, and lives. Assisting them to move toward greater health and wholeness in a safe, non-judgmental environment is always my focus.

I specialize in the psychological assessment of children, adolescents, and adults in areas such as learning and cognition, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, memory, achievement, autism spectrum, and intellectual functioning. Additionally, I provide psychotherapy for adults and adolescents for anxiety, panic, depression, and trauma and for those needing to improve their relationship or those recovering from infidelity or a major life event or loss.
