I pride myself on being straightforward and honest and aspire to help connect individuals with their preferred self.
In my work with clients, I utilize a Narrative and Solution Focused approach, operating with the understanding that everyone story is unique and there is no one way to interpret experiences. These two approaches combined have worked effectively changing the way clients think about themselves, their problems, others and their surroundings.
In my practice, some of the issues I assist others in exploring and managing are, interpersonal relationship, panic, anxiety and fear, work and relational stress, depression, angry management, physical and/or emotional trauma, effective communication, family-of-origin relations, parent/child dynamics and childhood trauma, and life transitions.
