I provide empathy and mindful curiosity in my work with clients. I've been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Attachment Therapy and Internal Family Systems. But, what most informs my work is having spent over a year in silent meditation practice.
I believe in the healing power of bearing witness and am also an active participant in my clients exploration. I can provide direction to address anxiety, depression and various levels of trauma, heal attachment wounds and help resolve relationship issues.
