I am a Christian, trauma-based therapist. I work quickly to discover the root issues of the symptoms with which you present, in counseling. While using a Christian world view, my approach to therapy is to utilize EMDR/IFS to heal past wounds, hurts, and traumas that may be impacting you today. We meet clients where they are and integrate spirituality as they feel comfortable.

Additionally, I specialize in using Buddhist Psychology and integrating religion and spirituality for those interested. Prior to that, I spent a decade in other forms of social service & pastoral care.
