Much of my professional experience has been working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. I enjoy helping each family member find their voice and improve their communication and functioning as a family. I aim to help them to lift their depression and anxiety, communicate better in their relationships, and figure out who they are and what they stand for. In addition to individual and family therapy, we also offer numerous group therapies. I also provide Clinical Supervision to pre-licensed therapists and Associate positions.
My specialty areas include working with adolescents, young adults and their families around issues of family conflict, body image, decision making, social skills training, depression, anxiety, loss, and finding their voice. I am also a BBS approved Clinical Supervisor for post-masters clinicians, offering Clinical Supervision and Associate positions.
As an interactive and dynamically oriented therapist, my approach tends to be supportive and strengths-based-helping them to develop insight with sensitivity and compassion--so that they may address their current problems and resolve long-standing issues. Clients and I work together to assess their strengths, weaknesses, and goals for therapy.

Adolescent Girls' Group Therapy
Open-ended group for High School girls to help increase social skills, communication skills, and coping skills. Aim to assist with identity formation and decision making, boost self-esteem, and incorporate stress reduction/relaxation/meditation techniques. Monday nights 6-7:30 or Wednesdays 4:30-6.

Middle School Girls' Group Therapy
This is an open-ended group for middle school girls struggling with friendships, social skills, school stress, or family conflict. This group is best for sensitive, quirky, depressed, or anxious girls. Girls will feel more connected and work on practical skills that will serve them in the families, schools, and relationships.
