I have been working in the mental health field since 1995 and with both adolescents and adults. I have worked in a variety of settings, including residential, in-home, and outpatient. Some particular areas of focus are: emotional issues that disrupt one's life (including anxiety, stress, anger management and depression), parenting struggles, adolescent and young adult issues, parent/child relationships and improving/enhancing marital relationships. My therapeutic model is eclectic and utilizes multiple techniques. I welcome all religions, ethnicity, gender identities and sexual orientations.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who received my Masters from Seton Hall University in New Jersey. I am also Certified as a Rule 31 Family Mediator, which focuses on resolving conflicts and coming to agreements. I offer telehealth sessions as well as face to face therapy. Telehealth is therapy using the camera on your laptop or phone.
My focus in therapy is to help you learn the skills and insight you need to manage life's issues on your own. I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
