About
Do you find that you are unbearably critical of yourself? Do you desire your relationships to be more loving and honest? Would you like to build a stronger family unit with your children and/or partner(s)? If you can relate in any way, you probably yearn to be fully seen and embraced by others. You have been the kind of person that doesn't give up easily and has an immense history of caring deeply for others. There might even be a heaviness that doesn’t seem to lift and deep wounds that need to be attended to. You are ready to live a life with compassion and grace for yourself and others.
I am an experienced narrative therapist that is committed to helping others develop accountability for their lives. My work focuses on others discovering a way of being or living that is centered around their hopes, values, and longings for themselves and others. I work collaboratively with people to meet their goals and connect with their inner-wisdom.
There are aspects of your life that have not been given adequate space to fully belong. We will work together to honor your wounds and the depth of your life and relationships. I will work alongside you (and your relationships) to discover and deepen a life that belongs and is meant for you. If you’re interested in working with me, please contact me.
