At SBCF we provide all therapeutic services on our farm, on a hike, or in the barn, not in an office! SBCF is perfect for those seeking a warm welcoming environment, those that love being outside, and especially those that love animals. In the event of allergies or fears we do have the She Shed where we can meet without animals.
We work with individuals ages 5yrs and up, families, and couples. Our team consists of a Certified Art Therapist, Education Specialist as well as a BPD Specialist. We also offer medication management. We look forward to working with you!
We offer CBT, CPT, DBT, Art Therapy, Trauma work, Educational support, Mindfulness, Reality therapy, and Medication Management to our clients. We also have clinicians that specializes in Trauma work, Borderline Personality Disorders, and Art Therapy. In addition, we offer couples/marriage, family therapy, and Day Program.
I have 30 yrs in the mental health field and have built a strong team with substantial experience to be able to offer a range of services to the Community. We understand starting therapy can seem overwhelming and believe our open and welcoming setting along with the team of "therapy assistants" help make that first session easier.
