I have over 7 years clinical experience as a mental health therapist, with specialized training in humanistic, transpersonal and behavior-analysis. I am currently completing my PhD in spirituality and have an integrative wholeness approach to my practice integrating mind, body, emotions and spirit. I also offer Ecopsychology, which is outdoor therapy.
My broad educational experience has helped me to understand families and individuals from different cultural and lifestyle backgrounds. I use a wholistic approach working with Austim, Borderline, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma while working with all levels of the individual physical-behavior, mind-cognitive, body-somatic, emotions and spirit-transpersonal.
