My areas of expertise include emotional neglect, complex trauma, depression, self-esteem, self-worth, questions of identity and existential issues. Together we approach the burden you are carrying and find ways to defeat it. It is possible.
I practice a holistic therapy style that approaches your concerns from both a "top-down" and "bottom-up" approach. That means I pay attention not only to your thoughts and emotions but to your body and the information it holds. My therapy is non-judgmental, compassionate and empowering. I have specialized training in Complex PTSD and Emotional Neglect.
