I am a psychodynamic therapist, which means that we will talk things out in-depth over time. We'll chat about the things that impact you like relationships, work, loss, grief, and even how we're getting along. It's okay if it feels weird at first. We'll go slow and find the best way for us to work together, and learn more about you along the way.
